As a boutique hotel manager and wine enthusiast from Santorini, I recently ventured to Stomio Village for a gourmet getaway. The warm welcome with a bottle of fine wine set the tone for an exquisite culinary journey. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, featuring an array of fresh fruits that danced on the taste buds. The poolside bar, where I indulged in house-made pizza and cold beer, offered a picturesque setting to savor every bite. Mingling with guests over cocktails by the pool bar added a charming touch to the evening.During my stay, the serene ambiance of Stomio Apartments complemented the culinary innovation perfectly. The seasonal outdoor pool and barbecue area provided a unique opportunity for al fresco dining, enhancing the overall experience. Each dish exuded a harmonious blend of flavors, showcasing the passion and dedication of the hosts. I look forward to returning to Stomio Village for another unforgettable gastronomic escapade.
